This is the beginning of the latest saga of my D&D webcomic, [Unbound](https://unboundcomic.com/)! Check out the site to find the latest updates. Unbound is about my bard, Ryybyn, and their quest to reclaim their stolen singing voice from a manipulative enchanter. New pages go up Mondays and Thursdays.

Ryybyn uses their empathic insight to see the full details of the wild night that happened, and the man a the centre of it all… while using a totally convincing Alter Self disguise.
If this comic was full colour it would be easy to see Ryybyn is a peachy-skinned Elmen instead of a blue-skinned Rimelander, but I did have a few reasons for the paper thin disguise:
1. They know their quarry is lazy in certain aspects, like descriptions
2. I want this scene to serve as a re-introduction of the characters and have Ryybyn’s first appearance be recognisably them
