## "Here I Am Once Again" Alt Text
> My eyes weep as your days become hours,
> Flying into the abyss of a Black Hole of awaiting pain, Waiting.
> Waiting for the news of your ascending into the warm embrace of After-life,
> I slowly pull away my hand from yours,
> knowing my tears will be for naught.
> I stare into the hollow eyes of a cloaked skull coming closer with compassion and familiarity,
> in which you stare with equal readiness and relief.
> "Hello darkness, my old friend," I sing upon your final breath,
> "Here I am once again."

SAM WISE

## Description
Felt a strong burst of emotion and wrote, “Here I Am Once Again.” I’m proud of it, and i feel it conveys how I’m currently feeling at this moment. I probably won’t post this anywhere else until after the ordeal this is based on, but…I’m proud of it. The person I reference with this Poem is [@Tinu](https://twitter.com/Tinu) is still here, but is declining in health, and…without her i wouldn’t be in a better place. So it’s a “grieving the eventual loss of a wonderful light” kind of grief. It's a complicated form of grief.
