character design for my _Meltdown!_ concept to replace a protogen character that wasnt terribly well-received, especially for the role it was meant to fill. I feel like this design fits the role better. i actually spent 6 days doing r&d on them back in january, and they are heavily inspired by robot characters such as Chappie, DC's Cyborg, and Wall-E. it was fun, and i should probably give the other characters similar revamps before i do any official art beyond model sheets haha. an ex-friend of mine helped pick the colors, i would no longer like to associate myself with this person, however.

Epoch is the caretaker of a decaying scientific research facility. They can be described as resourceful, straight-to-the-point, and a little lonely. They have a simultaneous fascination and fear of the world outside the facility.
