SVG reconstruction of Terran Empress' [flag of Germany](https://www.deviantart.com/marauder-m/art/Reichskriegflagge-of-the-Austrian-German-Empire-429507697), originally created for KaiserElectric in Imperium Offtopicum XIV. Terra got bored and quit Prussia on Turn 5, and 'Lec assumed nominal control over both Germany and Austria via their standing alliance of the Holy Roman Empire. The countries were formally joined on Turn 8, and Terra prepared a new flag playing up the Austrian inheritance—the Prussian king was MIA, and Archduchess Claudia became Kaiserin of the united Germany. Submitted in 2016 to the now-defunct IOT Wiki, replacing Terra's original raster.
