Lore: When a human scientist from Earth and an Atrikus scientist from Atticus tried to send signals to each others planets, they sent the signal at the same time, causing an electric explosion on their contraptions. Both signals collided making Fluffy Buffy. He fell down to Earth, which is where he resides.

-Electro kinesis (Can eat stuff to make it stronger)

-Shift his own weight and size.

-Telepathy (Including memory sharing where he can give others information telepathically)
-Has no limit to how much he can eat. It's been rumored that he can inhale and swallow dimensions.
