Sometimes a family is two child survivors of a massacre and the lesbian ex-jedi couple who adopt them. Exul is my Zabrak sharpshooter, and Velata is his nightsister and wife. The two survived the Massacre of Dathomir, though not unscathed, and turned to bounty hunting to get by and pay off medical debts. Eventually they make the mistake of going after a bounty on some supposed Jedi and end up getting forcibly adopted (it's fine). Koyi and Kabot teach them how to deal with their Force sensitivity and help them survive.
