He only does this to hellhounds who work for other demons and are proud of going against there own kind, he sees them as unworthy filth that deserve to die.those who serve for no other reason than to survive or have no choice are set free. fuzen is basically a hellhound who had his pack killed off or enslaved by other demons when he was young, he was enslaved and forced to serve a powerful demon as his master and his daughters. at some point in future he escaped and went after every demon insight in a frenzy , he had killed the daughters first who attempted to stop him and later faced his master. he honestly didn't care if he died just as long as he didn't go down like a bitch, the two battled for a while until fuzen finally landed a killing blow biting of his head. after all was said and done he gathered three hellhounds for his pack and was know a demon on the loose messing with both the realm of hell and the living world.
