What if:
GlaDos was able to sprite out of her game into Mainframe, then was infected by Hexidecimal.
Her advanced programming would resist the virus but use it as a template to become a powerful sprite.
Harnessing the power of the Game Cube energy (the tubes inside her body, surrounded by her wires and cables) HexaDos is able to create Game Cubes at will, forcing the sprites to 'test' at her leisure~
A truely terrifying AI!
