the understaffing at my current job is pretty bad and i may be about to make it worse, lol. but we've been saying for the past year and a half that things aren't working and i'm exhausted from doing 2-3 different jobs worth of tasks for 1 job worth of pay. i don't see myself here long-term, at least not unless things were to change radically for the better and knowing my employer, it won't :P
