Fearus Walker is Ionis Amadeus Walker's father-ish figure.
Fearus is a being from the Astral Plane that helps keep the balance between realms across time, space, and different planes of existence (Physical Plane, Astral Plane, etc.). He does this by using people's fear as a motivator, such as transforming into something that will scare someone into getting back on the path to their destiny. Though people make him out to be villianous, he's a simple sarcastic and ironic guy who doesn't care much about what other's think.
Fearus doesn't originally have a human name, as his name changes based on where he's been, but when Ionis Walker gets a human name from Jamie, Fearus joins in taking Ionis' last name and the most ironic first name for himself.
