my day job's been kinda rough so progress slowed down, but i started sewing the fur for the head. it's going to get shaved down after i glue it, but right now the muzzle reminds me of a floofy terrier.

i also made new eyes last weekend, and installed magnets for the antlers and eyelids. i might put another magnet on the top of the head for an optional hair tuft.
