I've been stuck on this boy's design for SO LONG. I had so many ideas in my head for him, so I'm glad I finally managed to lock in and get his overall design done. Granted, I still wanna draw up some other dresses for him, and should probably make a reference for the back of his wings and dress he's wearing. Plus, he carries around an umbrella, so that too. I'll get to that later, tho.
