Sick and tired of their tails being cut off, the Slowpoke of Urzavos evolved to drop their fatty tails soon after birth. Walking upright, they have adopted a foul temper and drive to live in tighter-knit groups.

Some Slowpoke form alliances with other weak river 'Mons, and team up to become stronger. The evolutions that result from stronger bonded 'Mons usually lead the Slowpoke, or go off on a journey to train and become stronger.

Urzavosian Slowpoke have access to moves like Beat Up, Snarl, Headbutt, and Bulk Up.
Its evolution will gain access to moves like Sucker Punch, Brick Break, Dual Chop, and Zen Headbutt.
