In lore Ttaribo and Kumatthade,,,don't really get along well. It's mostly due to the fact that ttaribos seen as a more "legit" spirit user/helper than Kumatthade.
Both of them basically use more traditional methods to work with/against spirits, except Ttaribo does it for the community and Kumatthade does it for his personal gain
