I caved and made a One Piece oc
I could info dump about her all day but the gist of it is that she's a fish woman, Arlong's daughter, and she joins Luffy and his crew after Arlong is defeated. Daddy issues and acts mean and tough but is an absolute sweetheart when she cares about someone.
