Symbolic drawing about connection in the form of a ritual dance, and just one of my many drawings that was born out of my love for symmetrical surreal things ~

This drawing is old and has two versions - its old (original) version is from 2015, and the updated one is from 2020. I have included both versions of the drawing in this post.

In the new version, I slightly changed the mood/vibe of this drawing by redrawing the background, changing the patterns of the symbolic energy flows. I also removed the skull and made the glow more golden than orange, which made the drawing less dark. I like it more. For some reason, this skull always felt superfluous to me, distorting the idea of the drawing, I don't even remember why I decided to draw it. Because of this, the old version makes me think of some kind of a dark mystical ritual, maybe a kind of sacrifice. In the new one, I tried to make more focus on the song and the interchange of energy flows between two beings (or one, but "double" being). I wanted the drawing to be warmer and lighter, more dancing, but saving the main idea and atmosphere of the mystical ritual.
