i've been wondering, how do featured posts on this site work?
is there an algorithm that just randomly picks art with a lot of interactions in the past 24 hrs? or are they hand-picked since the site is so small?
i'm curious because for a month or so after the site move, the featured posts stayed the same for like a whole month. and sometimes posts that are several days old (meaning they likely aren't getting many new interactions) get featured
