Reed is a former bounty hunter who's now 'gone good', but the characters from his past life in the shadows still cause him trouble even in his attempts to live by the straight and narrow. He's an opportunistic guy who uses knowledge to his advantage. Reed's specialty is in escaping even the highest security and confined spaces, making him an elusive and slippery target for those who hunt him.
