LANCE; The Grim

Smoke snaked up and through hollow eyes, barren teeth hissing as sharp air was pulled in. Without flesh to vaccume it in, inhaling was a massive challenge. LANCE had his elbows braced against the brickwall, off-handedly watching the street & its dull, endless-snowing ash. The faces of passerbys were smudged in the dusky air, save for a few stark ones. GABRIEL with his brilliantly orange hair and massive wings was always easy to spot, as was AZARATH, who was coming towards him with a quick step.
"I found it!" His down-fur hand shook the papers infront of LANCE, the flapping loud against the dull atmosphere "Ye old portals- all their previous spots!" LANCE took the papers a AZARATH joined him. "Man, those Heads were no help at-all."
"Told you," LANCE muttered, flipping through the pages as he tried to suck in another drag of his smoke. A whisp danced between the gaps of his teeth and into the marrows of his nose "The Heads only keep up with whats happening in the moment, never anything beyond that"
