Me when targets a friendly unit within attack range and Stuns them and others in the adjacent 4 tiles for 6 seconds, then launches six consecutive attacks on the target. If the target leaves the map at any point during Stroke of Thunder, Cliff will dash over a distance of 1.5 afterward and the cooldown is reset.
