The shoulder skulls Axolobo wears are actually his two other cerberus heads. Their name are Ember and Blaze. They can't think or do anything in their inactive form, but when active, they think for themselves, talk and can even attack at their own will

Axolobo is quite confident of his own abilities, and never backs out from a challenge. He is a competitive troublemaker who not only hates losing, but takes losing really personally. Ember is the calmest and more rational of the heads. Blaze is really protective and quiet.
