In case anyone was wondering, D`lor and Tez are truly blood related. It may not have been told to Tez, but D'lor did find out about what his parents did, called them cruel, and went to find his newborn sibling almost immediately. Tez never met his birth parents but that's fine, cuz D'lor is all the family he ever needed. Oh yeah, there's like an 11 year age gap between the pair.
