This is a Design that I made for a character that is in Pokemon Circus or shows performer. The character Gyarados Prince is wearing a Wetsuit under his cloak because in the show he does is that he has to save his ace pokemon which is a Female Red Gyarados from the evil villains and with the power of friendship changes her into Mega Gyarados. He takes the cloak off before getting into the water with his Gyarados.
