Death Stranding fanart based on the backpack patches introduced in the Director's Cut and everyone's favourite pizza delivery mission. I made a lot of use of the game's photo mode to get the details on Sam and the background landmarks correct, but of course I took some liberty with the pizza boxes since I wanted them to be more obvious. How did BB get a little slice? Dunno, btu the little tyke deserves it.

Inked traditionally with india ink & quill pen and coloured digitally in CSP.
