Some Hunger Games Fan Art, this time, of Lucy Grey Baird, a character from the book The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. The skirt on her dress was done using one of the lace brushes, carefully layered with each colour while the corset of the dress is inspired by the film (Except I didn't have any katniss or primrose brushes, so I had to make do with the flower brushes I had). It took me two hours to draw, and yes, Lucy Grey is wearing tights. I added a bit of eyeshadow to better fit her as a singer. I have drawn Velvereen from the same book, but I still need to draw the remaining twenty-two Tributes from the book.
