Formally introducing Kiara Black (pronounced Kee - ra), my Dishonored/Thief oc. Basic synopsis of her story - Fleeing the persecution of the Abbey, Kiara leaves the Isles and heads to The Eternal City, tracking down Garrett who makes her his new apprentice. Her interest in the arcane catches the interest of the Outsider whose curious how a Marked person would be in a city that doesn't even know he exists. (She gets marked later in my [story](https://archiveofourown.org/works/34810999/chapters/86681416) but I wanted to show them both with their respective powers.) There are lots of little nods to her character here, from the choice of arrow to the knife holster in her boot ;) (yes the poses are taken from the recent Hawkeye promo posters! and i used a screenshot i took for the background. drawn using Clipstudiopro
