Process:
- Sketched in SketchBook.
- Inked and colored in Illustrator CS6.
\- - -- - -- ~ -- - -- -
This was a fun one. Didn't come out Exactly as I wanted it to but I like the outcome all the same.
The plan was to use the 'ColorLab' system from Retro Supply Co. to mimic the four color printing process. Well... I didn't really plan it out that well and my lil' noodle boy here was a bit Too little. So I went with Plan B and used the system's flats - a whole palette of colors that their four color formulae would make - to replace what I was trying to visually make with dots of cyan, magenta, yellow and black. = P
Bonus: I've added in the ColorMe Freebie for folks to take a crack at. = )
