**This piece was originally completed and published to DeviantArt on Nov 16, 2021.** Yeah, this is a tad late but better late than never. This piece could have been completed in time for Halloween, but a decision was made to not rush it. Glad this choice was made, as I was unhappy with the original outcome. After consulting with a couple of wonderful folks, minor adjustments were made. These changes, while small added more to the story being told. As one can see, Goldshire Inn has been Loki'd with a teepeeing by our trio. I have a feeling that it was all Jiggle's sinister idea, such a mischievous little jelly feline. It was much fun trying to figure out how to give the scaly parts of Phe's outfit a prismatic look in Eevee. For her fur, an experimental method, mixed with my previous technique was used. The direct results seem to have made Phe look even softer. Not only that, but the implemented process was faster. The various hanging toilet paper was rigged by me for easier posing.
