Meet Dan Manson aka Dan The Man! He is a scam artist who sells useless crap he found in the trash that he touched up using the power of shitty arts and crafts and lots of metalic paint. He makes a lot of bad decisions and also just has very bad luck so his "business" isn't exactly doing very well. He borrowed money from Thorn to try and remedy this but then made the stupid decision to gamble it all away in a different casino instead of, you know, buying proper stock. So yeah Thorn is very pissed at him and very much wants him dead. So Dan does his very best to avoid him by hiding in the most impossible places as soon as he spots thorn or one of his employees. He is only really able to sell stuff to tourists and new comers to the city if they are dumb enough, most permanent residents know he is full of crap.
