Another concept art I did last year of the Celtic goddess, the Cailleach, a one-eyed crone and creation goddess who was said to be the source of storms and winter, as well as the creator of the lands and specific landmarks.

She was said to always have a creel full of rocks as well as a hammer; both of which were used to sculpt the lands. Many weather phenomenon were said to be created or caused by her moods as well as her power growing as winter approached. In her design I gave her simple clothing that would function well for both cold weather as well as the various outdoor task and chores she was said to do. I also included her iconic veil that she is often depicted with, adorning it with a briar crown to denote her status as a goddess and her connection to nature and the changes of weather.

Some myths say that she would turn to stone when Winter ended, while others say she would drink youth-giving waters so that she may continue to live until winter came and she grew old once more. For this design I leaned into the latter myth so that I could give her abilities that focused on weather phenomenon associated with her outside of winter; such as rain or whirlpools.
