This species sea beast/dragon is called Necturus exocoetus . It can use its large fins to glide above the water. It also has external gills to breath under and above water. It uses its arms when it wanders up on the the beach to help pull it along. Its big fangs help scoop up fish when it glides just above the water.I inked this with microns
