Lady Erin is the Heartlands most renowned healer, specialized in not only healing magic, but also healing methods that do not depend on a magical source, and has gained her a lot of respect from the community, together with her dedication and selflessness.
Algid Haven's elders don't take kindly to her attitude often due to how she challenges everything: the way the everyone thinks, the way they act, and the way they react, as she is very stubborn and a serious advocate for the advancement of medicine in every aspect, which requires an open mind and a strong resolve to tackle the situations where most would rather stick to conventional methods.
Which in part has given her a tad less positive reputation due to being "unorthodox" with her methods, yet her results are indisputable.
