Hii there! So this is an older drawing (2021) and I didn't though about posting it. However, it's also a drawing featured in my latest big piece in one of the frames on the wall so here we are!
This drawing is the first one I made with that style (that same style can be seen on my Story's cover art) and is a wink to ArtofMaquenda!
I very much like this artist's weird drawing to be entirely honest. So, I figured why not try something similar-ish for the drawings that pertain to some of the gods and ancient history of my Worldbuilding stuff?
So here is a drawing about the Goddess of Time and Space called Aektei. Aektei is often called The Mother of Time, The Mother, or The Mother of the Universe. She has many, many names, but these three are the most frequent ones.
She's one of the two oldest gods that has existed and every soul that exists comes from her. Her power labeled as "The Sand of Time" is made of gold shimmering "dust" particles (Maybe some of you will see my inspiration linked to The Golden Compass here lol). And these "dust" are each individually the core of a brand new soul.
She doesn't control when a new soul is created, it just _happens_.
All souls came from her and all souls will get back to her.
The eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth. She symbolizes Infinity and Time as well as Conciousness.
