Little vent about my career paths.




I am absolute tired of Denmark's career paths. There is barely anything for someone visually creative like me. And even being that country that pays for the weaker people in our society, there is apparently something called approved and unapproved education. So I was crushed when I found out the career I wanted to take, which was animator or character design. That is an unapproved education, that means I have to pay some money for my education. That would not have been a problem, but it is expensive. And I am not a rich person, I can't pay for it. Unless I have to burn myself out.

Then after that hope was crushed, I tried looking for an Tattoo Artist career. You'll think since you are inking into someone's skin there is educations on that? Nope. Not even in Copenhagen. Weird since I see over five in every city in this country.

I can be a Graphic Designer, and I am taking one now. But the career feels outdated. I have to myself... Pull up foil with my bare hands, I mean this country is rich. Could we not have invested a robot for that? Cause pulling foil up hurts your neck and back quickly, you are constantly bended over the work table.

The biggest career paths I can ironically take with no issue. Is work in a Butcher house, or be a teacher at some school. Now I will never be a Butcher. Even if it was for a family farm I couldn't. And Denmark in the meat industry treats animals so poorly it something I just can't mentally do. And being a teacher or art teacher? I am self taught I barely remember how I improved, other then following basic rules. And I do not like working with children.

So I am very lost, I don't know what my worth is, what I am else good at. Our Minister is wondering why the youth do not work, or study, and end up depressed. And this is probably one of the issues why.
