i was going to give them the electro vision, but IDK how to write stories on how he gets it or where he lives because initially, he was going to be a traveler or an adventurer... so I'm still unsure and i don't want to make it lame

by the way, his design is both inspired by victorian, roman, and Venetian clothes.
