"Keebamon...Digivolve To...OUDOMON!"

Yep got my Champion Form designed. This one took a lot of thought since I didn't want to go the usual route most dog like Digimon partners took and go from Bi-Ped Rookies to Quad-Ped Champions. Also personally Greymon was my favourite Digimon, not Garurumon suprisingly, so I got a soft spot for the big two-legger monsters. Plus this invokes more of a Werewolf design which I'm a sucker for.

The name however took me a long time to settle on. Once again I wanted it to have a Welsh origin, so I scoured different ideas like some Mythical Beasts of Wales, but most of them either had complicated names that didn't roll off the tongue well or the beasts in question wouldn't be well represented by what I had in mind for his design. I gave up on that line of thought and instead went for basic Welsh words related to Wolves and Dogs (Blaidd, etc) before settling on the Welsh word for Howl "Udo". And like I did with Keebamon, I twisted the spelling to try and make it easier to pronounce how I wanted it to sound, hence "Oudomon".

Really pleased how he turned out, and I hope I don't take as long when taking him to Ultimate level next time.
