**March 5, 2024: Lil' Laruk**

My very first alcohol marker project!

I've been wanting to experiment with alcohol markers for a while now (simple alcohol markers, not those crazy expensive Copic ones that lots of artists use, I'm not ready for those!) and for whatever reason I thought that the first thing I should draw was Laruk, the protagonist of my comic Hunters: Wolves of the Stormguard. And yes, I drew her in puppy form! Markers work a little different so of course it doesn't look the best, but for a first attempt with a new tool I've never used, I'm pretty happy with it. Plus, how can you say no to puppy Laruk?!

**March 7, 2024: Hunters Abstract Piece**

Would you look at this, another alcohol marker project!

This one was a bit more extensive however, with the smaller shapes and designs. I'm still getting used to alcohol markers but I think I'm starting to get a better feel for how they can be used. And this was a bit more abstract in nature! Featuring Laruk and the moon, and symbols pertaining to many of the major characters within the stars. In any case I'm real happy with how this one turned out!

**March 13, 2024: Gemini Hunters**

I've been popping off with alcohol marker projects! Interestingly enough, though, this one combines art pen, alcohol marker, AND paint marker in a way I haven't done so yet.

And this was a particularly fun project because of that, and because I drew literal twins to showcase the Gemini constellation.

The Backseat Drawing art server had a weekly challenge to draw your zodiac in your style, and mine is the Gemini zodiac. And while I'm known for my otters, I am also known for wolves, and it made the most sense to draw literal twins for this challenge, so I drew Nysha and Alina from Hunters: Wolves of the Stormguard! I'm REALLY happy with how this particular project turned out, and I'm glad I did the challenge!
