Back in November 20202, I started playing Horizon Zero Dawn again to show my loved ones who haven't seen or played it yet. I'd forgotten how much I adore Aloy and this game. I was in a bit of a creative funk at the time, so my wife recommended I start sketching traditionally again to practice. This was the first thing I sketched, and my wife loved it so much they told me to paint it! The response this piece has gotten on social media blew me away, and I still look back on it extremely fondly.
