I need more werewolves in my liiiife.
I really enjoy the fur pattern of this one, a lot of werewolves in media are kinda boring single colored grey or black when their wolf counterparts can actually be pretty colorful, this was inspired by natural black phase in real wolves that is often not single shaded, idk why more variation isn't used in media. <3
Age, health, region, hygene, and climate/season can potentially contribute a lot to the
appearance of wolf coats and can definitely lend a lot of tells and visual personality to a character.
I think I wanna dig into this further and see what kind of characters I can make with messy half blown out coats, summer coats, old vs young, regionally specific coat patterns, etc. And I encourage you to do the same. :) It's fun!
