I was backreading my messages and it turns out it's probably cool for me to share these pieces I made last year at my own leisure. **A quick glance at a personal project: a webcomic about this magical girl investigator going through a whole ass fantasy adventure, in the guise of solving mysteries around their area.**
------
## General Notes
- I still haven't fully fleshed out how magic is gonna work at the moment but I know I want to expand the ways that people can cast magic in Etherfell beyond wands
- I did both of these in three months, out of my own volition. Probably first to a number of evidence supporting how I got burnout in the first place (there's something I did with an even tighter deadline; we'll get to that later)
- Fun fact: these two are the first pieces I decided to use Glaze on, so don't mind the visible artifacts for now as I'm still figuring out what settings would be best for my works
## Esme
- Yeah, her surname formerly was Bedaisy... Changed it to Weaver for certain worldbuilding reasons I'll get to later as well
- Also, this is indeed the same Esme I mentioned here: https://inkblotapp.page.link/pG4Tef6ouapKTtRz9
- This was a more recent iteration and I'm mainly going to update the outfit here because this should be her work attire that she generally wears during cases and it's entirely different to her magical girl outfit
## Darling
- He's an anti-villain with a lot of baggage from knowing one of the Cosmos' Web members
- Melodramatic strategist of sorts who secretly helps Esme out in certain cases, out of either common goals or spite towards the aforementioned member of the team
- In the least spoilery way I can describe his arc: In some way, he teams up with a deity who created the magical artifact that Esme uses to turn into a magical girl
