In her time as a student of dark and eldritch arts, Annaerlitha came across a small demiplane of tentacles. As a more established wizard, she learned how to connect with and bend the malleable tentacle demiplane to her will. With personal access to the demiplane, her "Tentacle Room", it became a personal sanctuary where she could both study her eldritch magic and pleasure herself in interesting ways. As a woman with multiple lovers to play with, Annaerlitha sometimes brings them to her Tentacle Room.
