I wanted to draw something for pride month, so here is a gay mermaid and sailor. I actually drew something super similar to this when I was a kid, so this is like a new version of an old piece for me.

This takes me back to when I had no words to describe my feelings, when I had no idea what transgender even was, and I was drawing gay men, wishing I was born a boy. Don't worry, little me. I'm making our dreams come true, no matter what anyone else's thoughts on it are.
