I hurt my wrist. Got too ambitious and gotta take some extra time to rest and really really slow down. The damage isn’t permanent but I clearly hit a physical limit and it WILL be permanent if I don’t get wise and lay off a bit.

This is your friendly reminder to STRETCH. And if you don’t yet have a stretching routine for your hands specifically, GET ONE! My memory is real bad so I have mine in my journal, but I’m thinking about also getting a print out for my wall.

stretch stretch stretch. and don’t get too goofy with ambitious workloads. Doing paywall stuff and ArtFight at the same time definitely helped lead to this.
