A cloned pokemon based on a rumored cloning experiment from a now exploded lab base. Ian was the first ever 100% living cloned Pokemon, with DNA modified with properties similar to an Everstone to prevent evolution out of the worry that evolution would not work well in basically a beta test of a living being. That being said Ian almost evolved one time, but was stopped before anything horrific happened, and was provided with an everstone within him. Almost evolving was very painful, and this is also why he has the slight horn of a Charmeleon, as evolution worked differently for cloned Pokemon and needs to be improved upon more. He eventually got stolen and although he escaped, he remains lost looking for his owner. A ref image I made for ArtFight!
