Carston and Renault's line of work comes with a few dangers, one of which is that every so often their mark sees through the ruse and realizes what's really going on. They usually don't take it too well. :p

In this case, the attempt to kidnap a petty Belgian lord's niece in their "Slay-the-Dragon-and-Rescue-the-Lady" scam didn't go quite as planned. Looks like it's time for these two to beat a hasty retreat and maybe lay low a while (preferably on the French side of the border)!
