Galaxy Man is one of my top favorite Robot Master in the Classic series. The moment I saw Galaxy Man's classic design, I instantly knew how I wanted to design a Net Navi counterpart. Since the alien part of his design probably wouldn't show to many emotions, I figured the LED panel on the UFO would do some pixelated expressions.
