A rather mysterious character who stays to the outskirts of the Sea Kingdom.
A bit of an odd dragon, he rarely speaks and only makes draconic sounds like growls and snarls if approached or spoken to. He is often spotted on the borders of the Mud and Sky Kingdoms, and is sometimes mistaken for a sea serpent leaping out of the water.
Rumour has it that he was once apart of the Queen's personal guard before the war, but disappeared after the SeaWings joined Blister's side.
