I've redrawn this one before, so (naturally) it was the perfect candidate for this prompt.
Each of these have a pretty big gap of time between them. The original was created in 2016, and the second iteration was 2020.
The expression on the left side is changed due to changes in the character herself. She is no longer crazed due to possession; she is disconnected from the world she has found herself in.
