Drew the Cynder months ago, decided to add in more than just Cyril's front leg to make the image more cohesive.
This is an AU where the attack on the Temple did not kill all the other eggs, and Cynder wasn't taken. Cyril wound up taking care of most of the whelps after an injury and formed an especially close bond fatherly with the only dark dragon whelp, Cynder.
Though he would never admit that.
Cynder, having no proper teacher for her Poison element, is determined to make up a lack of skilled training by sheer gumption. Much to her yearmates' dismay.
If you've seen my other artworks you would see I headcanon Cynder as a natural Poison dragon. Her slight redesign is based on a poison dart frog. Cyril also got a little makeover. I headcanon him as the youngest of the Guardians by a significant margin.
