I really wanted to make a small (sorta) animated icon for myself for Christmas and here she is! I'm super proud of how cute it came out ;A; especially the snow fall. I was so close to giving up on the snowfall, but after like 5 different tutorials, I finally feel like I got it and I'm glad I didn't give up!! ;A;
